Dr Mourouhan Arifoglu

Mourouhan is a Higher Education leader and educator with over two decades of experience spanning both the commercial and higher education sectors. She has extensive expertise in academic leadership, curriculum development, teaching, and student engagement within the UK higher education sector and overseas. Throughout her career, she has successfully led academic teams, enhanced educational quality, and supported student success in diverse learning environments. She is passionate about teaching and learning and is committed to fostering academic excellence, innovation, and inclusive educational practices. Achieving Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) status and completing a Doctorate in Education (EdD) have enabled her to make significant contributions to teaching, learning, and academic leadership.
